The ACDelco “The Pros Who Know” Tour
showcases ACDelco replacement parts, including batteries,
spark plugs and oil filters. The display also communicates
ACDelco’s status as a leading provider of automotive
aftermarket products and directs visitors to seek the
services of ACDelco Independent Service Centers.
The ACDelco Tour appears at NHRA events as well
as customers who carry ACDelco replacements parts, such
as parts stores and automotive repair shops. Both of
these venues attract automotive professionals and enthusiasts
who purchase ACDelco products.

- Drag Racing Reaction Time game allows guests to
go head-to-head and compete for the quickest reaction
time

prize in the ACDelco Drive to Win Sweepstakes
- Three one-of-a-kind interactive vehicle systems
displays demonstrating ACDelco braking, electrical
and ignition systems
An on-site manager and two promotional specialists
administer the ACDelco Drive to Win Sweepstakes through
the tour at every NHRA event. Guests can register to
win the sweepstakes grand prize, the Cobalt SS Supercharged
on display, as well as one of 6,000 “instant win”
prizes.
In 2006, the ACDelco mobile marketing tour (then
the “ACDelco Extreme Garage”) had 116 appearance
dates, including both NHRA and customer appearances.
Many customers noted a direct sales increase as a result
of the tour appearance. In addition, there were over
22,000 entries in the UCoat It Dream Garage Sweepstakes
presented by ACDelco and conducted through the tour.
